Please provide as much info as possible in your email, text, voicemail, or the contact form below (your exact location, pet’s name, age, species, weight, breed, current diagnosis, level of urgency, and preferred appointment day). We try to respond as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that due to the nature of our business, we cannot respond while we are helping another family.
Texting or emailing is the quickest way to reach us. We are able to respond to texts between 10am and 5pm. If you have an emergency outside of these days or hours, please contact one of the emergency hospitals on our Resources page.
